My practical experience as an entrepreneur & executive will help your business succeed
More than 20 years in leading positions in the international cosmetics industry have allowed me to experience time and again what inspires people, what motivates them and enables them to move mountains.
My personal journey
After studying business administration in Cologne (marketing and business psychology) and gaining my first practical marketing experience in New York, my time with Wella and Procter & Gamble in particular shaped my entrepreneurial thinking and approach.
Initially, I worked in various marketing functions, then as Sales Director and finally as Managing Director. I also managed global sales for a medium-sized family business before founding my own company, perspective: international in 2013.
Since 2022, I have also been working at the University of Applied Sciences for Management and Communication as a lecturer in the Competence Center for Marketing.
I have always believed that following a process and having a systematic approach is fundamental to problem solving in an efficient and effective way. To that end, I have completed my basic training as a systemic coach at Trigon and further extensive additional training for systemic business development at Neuwaldegg. Furthermore I am currently also studying business constellations, a systemic way of looking at businesses that helps to create organizations that work in a natural and balanced way. Last but not least a training for visual communication has sharpened my senses and skills to effectively communicate particularly online.
Internationally, I participated in the China Know-how Summer School of the University of
Salzburg in Beijing and Shanghai and successfully completed the Harvard Business School
Online Certificate Program "Disruptive Strategy" in 2021.
