Why Business Coaching?

If you run a company or work as a manager, you will be confronted again and again with questions and problems that at first seem impossible to solve. Often, however, there is no opportunity for discussion within organizations, for example because sensitive issues are
involved. Finding a solution on your own is often difficult, as your own thoughts can quickly go round in circles. As an external consultant, I can be your sounding board and go on the journey with you as your guide.

When business challenges feel like a labyrinth of dead ends, it often helps to look at issues from a different perspective.

In many cases, the new perspective makes things visible that were previously hidden.

This can create new options for action or expand existing scope for action.

How does business coaching work in-person, online and combined?

Until recently...

...coaching took place almost exclusively in-person. This required a lot of time and
resources.

What counts is trust!

Since the pandemic, online coaching has become the norm. What counts is mutual TRUST -
and that comes from good communication, authenticity and positive experiences - online as
well as in-person.

Online has many advantages

You can attend coaching sessions independent of location, e.g. on business trips and spontaneously, e.g. because of current developments... or simply from home in your familiar environment.

In the international environment, online meetings and coaching sessions have been part of
my daily business for many years and have proven to be extremely effective.

What exactly is...

Systemic Coaching?

Systemic coaching takes into account that everything is interrelated and interdependent.

In companies, organizations and teams, individual forces often affect the big picture: Like a mobile, designed to hang from the ceiling and move or sway in response to air currents or other forces, every touch of a single element sets the whole system in motion.
